Mn Bab al-Dar is a short-video competition encouraging Palestinian youth between ages 15 to 25 to share their stories creatively through moving-images. Mn Bab al-Dar is a platform empowering youth to express themselves freely, tell untold stories, and to challenge and critically think about the environments they live in while reaching large audiences locally and internationally. All genres are welcome: documentary, fiction, biography, experimental, animation, and more! We are seeking creative, innovative and powerful videos about the lives of Palestinian youth.

Mn Bab Al Dar website enables Palestinian youth, both in Palestine and the diaspora, to submit their videos and be assessed online by both public and expert users. Users first submit their videos to the judges (film experts). Videos chosen by the judges are presented to the public to watch and vote online.Aiming to support young Palestinian video makers, those voted with highest number of online votes are prized with cameras, participation in international short film festivals and workshops.
